Readings and Audiences

Please note that all payments for readings and audience events are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a reading, you can do so via our booking system. For audience events, tickets are transferable if the event is rescheduled, but refunds will not be issued.

Product Returns

We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
